We had an amazing time exploring Florence with our children, thanks to our stay at this excellent apartment. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished with real antiques. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy a delicious Italian dinner right at the apartment. The friendly staff, especially Agnese, made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved having garden access and would highly recommend this place for families. Thank you for the lovely time!
In my wife's opinion, the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but considering the old villa on the 3rd floor, it was reasonable.

I recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in a quiet and central residential area. The host, Leonardo, was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and clean, with comfortable beds and great wifi. It was also in a lovely old building with tasteful furnishings. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the attractions in the city center. On top of everything, Leonardo went above and beyond by helping me locate and return my lost phone, even though I was back in Australia. Highly recommended!
Can recommend this hotel.

The apartment is conveniently located, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The rooms are well-equipped, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The host was helpful and provided useful recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing spots.
The sofa bed in the living room was a bit tricky to put back, and we ended up leaving it open, taking up some space in the sitting area.

Breakfast items could be improved with a greater variety of choices.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a quiet residential area but still very central. It was a great advantage to be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city center. Additionally, the host was extremely helpful and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. The tourist guide books and tour brochures available were also a nice touch and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The walls of the hotel were not soundproof, which meant that we could sometimes hear noise from other guests. However, the hotel was located in a quiet area without any traffic at night, so this wasn't a major issue.
